Scanning and Saving Documents

I used TinyScan App to take a photo of a document from my Fundraiser Company.
I then opened that into pdf-notes App to make annotations on it, and then save it as a flattened pdf.

I then opened that in Evernote.  In Evernote I created a notebook to organize my scanned documents.  I could not figure out how to move the pdf into the scanned documents notebook on my ipad, so I logged in on my desktop to do that. This is a screenshot showing two documents in that notebook:

I definitely see how using the scanner app and organizing the documents in Evernote would be an easy way to organize important information that you might need to access for different things.  I like that there is a way to add notes to a scan using the pdf-notes app.  I don't know that I would use that much in my classroom, but  professionally I think it would be a good way to organize information I need to keep track of for my certificate, PD hours, goals, etc. The only thing I didn't love about the scanner app was that it wasn't very clear...kind of just like a regular scanner.
